    At EBOOST, the sales team is the engine that drives the B2B expansion of our Smart Charging Solutions to various locations and building partners. We’re seeking a qualified sales manager who can run and further develop this engine with their own sales skills as well as leadership of a team of sales representatives across the country. The ideal sales manager has experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating & value-selling skills — someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach and motivate sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.• Grow the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings across the country.• Research needs of current and potential location partners, as well as EV users and identify how our solutions address them.• Hire, train, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives.• Achieve company targets by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and making forecasts.• Develop skills and improve processes, and ensure that the team using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.• Generate leads, establish and nurture client relationships, close deals on your own.• Stay tuned about fast-growing Electric Mobility industry trends.

    Required skills and qualifications:• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field.• 4-6 years experience in sales, proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing and do-er.• Strong affinity to sales and leadership experience.• Analytical and structured approach.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, passionate for customer excellence.• Willing to work independent and under pressure in a fast growing start-up company.• Requires field works (~60%) & business trips across the country (~30%).• Fluent in Vietnamese & English is a must.*Engagement:• Engagement 100%, usual working hours from Monday to Friday.• Dynamic and professional start-up environment based in HCMC.• Must have own phone, laptop and motorbike/car for work
