    About the Role

    We are a boutique post-merger integration (PMI) consultancy that blends AI-powered insights with deep industry expertise. We help businesses navigate the complexities of M&A integration through structured frameworks, executive advisory, and strategic workshops.


    We are looking for ahighly driven Sales Leadto identify, engage, and convert potential clients, leveraging our pipeline of daily M&A prospects.


    If you’re aproactive, strategic salespersonwith a strong understanding of high-value B2B services, this role offers significant earning potential on successful client engagements, making it an exciting opportunity for someone who is confident in their sales abilities.


    What You’ll Do

    Lead Generation & Prospecting

    • Daily outreach to reach KPI.
    • Identify and research suitable clients.
    • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, and direct outreach to build a high-quality sales pipeline.


    Outreach & Relationship Building

    • Engage key decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls with a structured outreach approach.
    • Secure introductory meetings for the founder with high-potential leads.
    • Leverage existing industry events and networking opportunities to generate interest.
    • Maintain detailed records of outreach and engagement.


    Client Engagement & Sales Execution

    • Book multiple meetings per week with potential clients.
    • Develop client-led solutions.
    • Manage the 3-month lead lifecycle, ensuring continued follow-up and potential service upsells.
    • Follow up consistently and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
    • Draft and customizeprofessional proposalsbased on client needs.


    Handover & Collaboration

    • Preparebriefing notes.
    • Ensure smooth client onboarding, tracking sales progress and renewals.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    What We’re Looking For

    • Fluent English (written & spoken) is mandatory– this role involves high-level business communication.
    • A great attitude!
    • Proven experience in B2B sales.
    • Strong lead generation & outreach skills, especially on LinkedIn and email.
    • Highly organized– able to track and follow up on multiple prospects daily.

    Bonus:

    • Prior experience of M&A an advantage but not essential.
    • Existing network of decision makers.
    • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, sales tracking, and structured reporting.
