• Research and identify potential franchisees for the franchise pharmacy model
• Lead self and team to plan, budget and execute monthly Franchise network growth sales plan
• Coordinate special promotions or communication with inter-department like digital, commercial, trade marketing, offline and online Ops functions, and external Brands

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field
• Pharmacy background is a plus
• Proven experience in marketing and leadership roles
• Good English communication
• Strong analytical, and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage budgets
