Working Time:
Work in shifts
Working schedule according to company arrangements
Average working time: 46 hours/week
2 days off/week (weekday)
What You Will Do
Support merchants and customers to handle order problems in English, Japanese as well as Vietnamese;
Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints;
Coordinate with departments in the company to support and solve customer problems, and improve the company's services.
Manage and maintain the customer information database;
Other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Japanese equivalent to N2 level (main languages);
Good English communication skills (written & spoken);
Must be based in Hanoi/Da Nang/ HCM to support tasks that require onsite presence when needed;
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience;
Good communication, self-discipline, and responsibility for work;
No prior customer service experience is required;
Experience in a similar position is a plus; candidates with experience in F&B or restaurant environments, especially in international or Western-managed settings, or with prior exposure to startup environments, will have an advantage.
