about the job position

it is important that all ten e&c employees have a clear understanding of the expectations of their duties and responsibilities. this job deion from time to time, as required and requested to do so for the good operations of the idec group, and they agree to undertake all reasonable and lawful instructions provided to them. following are the main duties and responsibilities for this position:

mission

• responsible for quantity take-off from sketch, concept design, tender drawings, and cross check the tender quantity

  · work closely with design team, calculate bill of quantity, cost estimation of project

  · control works quality and time schedules within group

  · prepare and submit tender documents

  · collect and formulate cost database and other related to professional job

  · liaise with suppliers, subcontractors to collect the cost proposal and make the cost comparison sheet

  · study and make value engineering

  · ensure that commercial management tools, reports, processes, and procedures are used in accordance with ten e&c standards
