Mô tả Công việc
- Quality Control:
Make plan collect sample and test material quality
Making plan and do the microoganism in air, Allergen subtances and Microoganism on equipment surface test.
Do shelf-life testing follow the plan and report to Superior.
Control inventory raw material periodically, report if is there any material over 2/3 shelf-life in stock
- NC monitor:
Make NC with root cause, corrective action & prevention then work with related dept to implement NC
Monitor NC prgress & update document
Analysic trend, quantity, cause & make report monthly
- Sample preparation:
Prepare and test the product sample before sending to customer.
- Others:
Use, clean and maintain the microbiology lab equipment, chemicals and tools. Implement 5S
Do other jobs such as container loading inspection, checking sugar cleaning, ... assigned by the Superior.
Implement 5S at QC Solve other arising works and other duties assigned by the Superior

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Graduated from university / college or equivalent
Major: Food Technology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, chemistry or other related technical background
At least 01 year of working experience with similar position.
Have knowledge in microbiology and food safety.
Teamwork

Microsoft office: word, excel
