- Develop inspection standards and procedures
- Establish and maintain input quality inspection standard documents, ensure that the inspection process is fully complied with
- Evaluate and report
- Monitor and report to superiors the internal error flow situation of components, identify problems or errors that occur and take timely corrective measures.
- Improve the quality inspection process
- Manage people
- Calculate the necessary human resources in the department based on the production situation of the factory
- Monitor the work progress of subordinates, give appropriate instructions
- Monitor compliance with regulations
