Mô tả công việc:

MEKONGLINK is a Glocal Open Innovation Platform to solve local problems in Vietnam and ASEAN countries through innovative global technology solutions. Now we are looking for a professional Project Management Assistant to support our international technology cooperation projects.
Market Research & Demand Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify local technology needs within the agriculture, environmental, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors in Vietnam and ASEAN.
Lead Management and Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with our digital and content marketing teams to manage incoming leads and convert them into viable projects. Use CRM tools to monitor interactions and ensure a seamless customer experience
Outreach and Communication: Initiate contact through cold calling, cold emailing, and messaging to establish and nurture client relationships.
Project Planning and Coordination: Develop project roadmaps, manage timelines and resources, and oversee all phases of project execution-from lead conversion to contract completion-to ensure goals are met on time and within budget.
Relationship Building: Foster a global network by actively engaging with our stakeholders, including enterprises, universities, government, local experts and service partners. Develop strategies to strengthen these connections for long-term collaboration.
Contract Negotiation: Leverage experience in B2B trading to negotiate agreements effectively, ensuring favorable terms for both MEKONGLINK and its partners.
Continuous Learning: Stay current on various technologies across sectors, adapting quickly to understand new products and solutions as they emerge.

Yêu cầu công việc:

At least 2-3 years of project coordination and management or international B2B trading business
Experience of LinkedIn Sales Navigator tool be very helpful
Proficiency in CRM systems and project management software
Good English communication skills, especially speaking and writing.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and external partners
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Adaptability to learn and understand various technology solutions quickly. Knowledge of international B2B trade, especially in the technology sector, is highly valued.
