Excellent written & spoken English skills

Working with internal teams to understand production

and project goals while also providing information needed to partners for execution.
Assisting Production Manager in contact, work and supervising relevant vendors, suppliers on production process, aiming to ensure project quality, timeline, budget.
Developing network, relationships with production house, post house, photography studios, influencer, freelancers, talent, suppliers
Facilitating communication around production touch points with relevant partners, suppliers, freelancers...
Cross-checking and following up with internal teams, account and creative
You're extra awesome at:
Keeping up to date trends in film technology
Ensuring suppliers' portfolio and relevant project files and folders are maintained in good order
Managing production WIP documents ensuring that they are accurate and updated weekly for smooth production processing
