Use experiences, analysis skills, related tools to optimize production processes. Under her/his responsibility, this includes
• Identify, document and report unsafe practices.
• Establish safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well - being into account.
• Supervise the manufacturing processes to ensure safe and efficient manners.
• Liaising with other Engineers to develop plans that improve Production, Cost and Labor.
• Proactive to solve related problems in production lines.
• Ensure machine, tool & fixture improvements through Kaizen activities.
• In charge of building / training and developing downline to satisfy reskills/ upskill when needed.
• Coordinate to complete BOM and QMS requirements.
• Assist in building prototype and sample products to ensure the success of trial run.
• Be able to identify the root causes and corrective actions when having rejected or defected products.
• Other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Good command in English and Vietnamese.
• 5+ years of related experience and knowledge of Production in a similar position
• Having management and leadership experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge about 7 Tools IE, 7 Tools QC, Kaizen, 7 Wasters in Lean, Line Balance, Bottle neck optimize. Data analysis skill.
• CAD design an advantage (2D &/ 3D)
• Strong problem-solving skills,
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt quickly
• Good at communication and problem-solving skills.
• Background in Technical field is preferred.
