Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for the chatbot platform, including feature development, integration with other systems, and technical improvements.
Work with the cross-functional team from Big Data & AI, Product, Business to understand their use cases to support them, build and foster a data-driven culture in product development;
Work with stakeholders to define and measure success metrics for chatbot products.
Developing conversation flows that are engaging, writing scripts that align with the brand's tone and voice, and creating personas that reflect the target audience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry techniques and best practices to apply to the platform.
3+ years of experience at data-driven companies or institutions, you are familiar with the product development cycle and the roles that data plays;
Experience in product management, including developing and executing product strategies
Experienced with data tools and platforms, either as a developer or as a user. You enjoy building technical products to elevate the work and productivity of your coworkers;
Have excellent communication and project management skills. You enjoy talking to people from different functions, understand their needs to address them;
You are eager to learn, have strong ownership, and can hit the ground running on the first week.
Experience in the chatbot or conversational AI, conversation design is a plus.
