*This role will be working temporarily at LEGO temporary office in District 1, HCMC (shuttle bus is provided from Bien Hoa, Binh Duong to the office) and be relocated to Binh Duong in 2025.

Core responsibilities:
• Take in and ramp up new lines and new technologies for packaging (new/unique line installation + hand over to production)
• Upgrades the standard platforms/processes/layouts
• Novelty Introduction and validation of current routings
• Test of new materials/dual source for packaging
• Collaborate with other sites and sharing the best practices related to processes and technologies.
• Production system data settings and influencing processes in dedicated area (production module) - on existing production platforms.
• Deliver system setting for solutions capturing the opportunities in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost areas.
• Influencing proper capacity utilization of production equipment by proper routing setup and production orders distribution
• Involved in global knowledge sharing focusing on delivering simplifying solutions towards production.
• Providing inputs to global departments such as R&D, QA.

Do you have what it takes:
• Minimum 4 years' experience in packaging engineering in leader position.
• Knowledge of quality and lean tools is an advantage.
• Strong Leadership capabilities.
• Good English communication.
• Degree in engineering would be a plus
