Chi Tiết Công Việc
Mô tả công việc:
- Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package.
- Follow-up with clients to verify important information.
- Research the applicant's credit status and current financial position to recommend suitable types of loans.
- Communicate between the client, front team, and lender to process the loans.
- Create repayment plans.
- Ensure you comply with the established regulations and law requirements.
- Identify any potential issues with the loan application and address them in a timely manner.
- Working hours: 9 PM - 6 AM (Night shift) from Monday to Friday.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- University graduate.
- 1-3 years of experience working in customer service
- Fluent in spoken and written English is a MUST
- Having a basic understanding of finance is a plus
- Having basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Able to work the night shift
- Can work under a challenging and high-pressure environment
- Submit thorough work that you have double-checked for quality and consistency
- Honest, polite, and fair to others.
