Mô tả công việc:
- Develop creative concepts, write s, outlines, or prompts weekly.
- Advertising KPIs Maintain ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) of at least 3:1 across campaigns.
- Keep Cost Per Lead (CPL) under agreed benchmarks depending on campaign type.
- Achieve Click-Through Rate (CTR) above industry average (target 1.5%+ for social ads).
- Provide monthly ad spend vs. conversion breakdown. Run A/B testing consistently to optimize performance.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Work Hours & Compensation Remote position (part-time or full-time). Work in us time zone
- Strong experience creating and editing short-form video content.
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
- Proven track record managing social media ads with measurable ROI.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms and growth strategies.
- Creative, trend-savvy, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Flexible hours, with availability to post in real-time when trends emerge.
