Merchandise Manager Textiles

Managing all sales for Company and activities within the Sales and Dept, including:
1. Gathering customer's demand information.
2. Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
3. Acting as a contact between a company and customers.
4. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
5. Checking inventory
6. Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with Senior Sales Manager, Sales & Marketing Director
7. Recording sales and order information to manage within Sales Office.
8. Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
9. Managing staffs within Sales Dept.
10. Developing the sales strategy for the Company in line with company objectives.
11. Perform any other relevant duties as and when assigned by Senior Sales Manager, Sales & Marketing Director.

1. University graduate.
2. At least 3 year experience in the same position.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Knowledge of driving is a plus.
5. Natural aptitude to establish good relationships and good communication skills.
6. Ready to possible short travels abroad.
7. Preference to candidate with background in textile and garment related field.
