Junior Product Marketing Manager For Tech Company

- Improve Fonos’s product marketing contents. Shape product marketing campaigns that target prospective customers.- CRM Strategy Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy across email, push notifications, and in-app communications to engage new members and guide them through the conversion funnel. - Experimentation and Optimization: Conduct multiple experiments to refine CRM campaigns, leveraging best practices and data-driven insights. Negotiate budgets to execute our product marketing vision at scale.- User Database and RFM Strategy: Build and maintain a user database, implementing a promotion strategy based on the RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) model. - Performance Analysis and A/B Testing: Analyze campaign performance in detail, including creative and targeting A/B tests. Devise strategies to enhance customer loyalty and minimize churn rates. - Branding Campaign Innovation: Generate creative ideas and branding campaign initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in the App/ Ecommerce industry. (experience in our Edtech/ Gaming Industry is an advantage)- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Deep understanding of market trends and product life cycles- Detail-oriented, logical thinking- Data-driven and motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Advanced level of computer literacy in Excel or spreadsheet- Excellent team player and interpersonal skills
