Internal Communications Intern

Job Description:

• Design content & visuals for the company’s internal communication materials, including newsletters, emails, intranet content, and presentations.
• Support the planning and execution of internal events and other initiatives to promote employee engagement.
• Maintain and update internal communications channels.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging.
• Participate in contributing creative ideas to enhance employee engagement.
• Other tasks as assigned by the manager

• Junior or Senior Student in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design fundamentals and experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Experience in writing and editing would be a distinct advantage.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Can work at least 4 days/week
• Attention to detail

• Allowance: 3M gross/month
