Hand-Drawn Artwork Creation: Design original, hand-drawn illustrations that embody artistic craftsmanship and creativity, aligning with project briefs and brand identity.
Adaptable Design: Transform hand-drawn illustrations into digital graphics for use across different formats such as product packaging, apparel, promotional materials, and digital platforms.
Conceptual Development: Collaborate with teams to develop concepts and sketches that visually capture ideas for branding, marketing, and product designs.
Multi-Medium Applications: Create illustrations that work seamlessly for diverse applications, including screen printing, embroidery, digital printing, and embossing.
Brand Alignment: Ensure all illustrations align with the company’s visual identity, maintaining consistency and quality across projects.
Iterative Refinement: Integrate feedback to refine hand-drawn designs and adapt them for graphic and production-ready usage.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on trends in hand-drawn illustration and apply contemporary styles to enhance creative outputs.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Illustration, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: Proven experience as a hand-drawn illustrator or artist, with a portfolio showcasing traditional illustration techniques adapted for commercial use.

Skills:

Expertise in freehand drawing, sketching, and painting with a variety of traditional mediums (pencil, ink, watercolor, etc.).
Proficiency in digitizing hand-drawn artwork using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Procreate.
Strong understanding of adapting traditional art into digital formats for various product applications.
Knowledge of production processes for mediums such as textiles, packaging, and merchandise.

Creativity: A passion for creating unique, visually compelling artwork with artistic flair.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision in translating intricate hand-drawn designs into professional-quality deliverables.
