Create and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee onboarding to ensure new hires are well-supported.
Manage employee performance, including reviews, coaching, and development.
Implement succession planning to ensure leadership continuity.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive, inclusive work environment by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
Handle employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Organize engagement activities and events.
Compensation and Benefits:
Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Oversee employee leave programs.

Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Oversee HR systems and processes for efficiency and compliance.
Manage HR programs like training, employee assistance, and wellness initiatives.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
Experience: Minimum 7 years in HR, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven HR management success, proficiency in HR software.
Additional: Fluent in English (written and spoken), strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of independent and team work, excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail.
