    Job purpose
    Responsible for the plan and delivery of a premium revenue growth by opportunities on Digital Channels, accelerating new businesses, supporting brand and regional sales strategies, leveraging the current resources maximizing profitability and Market Share penetration.
    Accountabilities:
    - Responsible for right product assortment, Traffic Generation, Consumer Data Acquisition, Customer Service or any other direct to consumer communication, operational processes attainment and Costs (OPEX and CAPEX), of ecommerce to drive a sustainable and profitable business.
    - Leverage regional strategy in order to create penetration or retention strategies for direct to consumer ecommerce; and communicate internally the progress of the project evolution, business results and clear actions based on past outcomes.
    - Accountable for IT implementation and development of the project and product releases.
    - Lead HVB's B2B ecommerce organization, defining the correct route to market model and deploying the platform across the country.
    - Lead multi-category eB2B framework; securing market leadership via increased customer penetration, price-pack mix compliance, outlet coverage expansion, optimized cost to serve, and monetization of digital data insights towards additional revenue streams and profit pool growth opportunities.
    - Cross-functionally lead and develop a data driven culture that prioritizes data integrity, value validation and actions based on data analytics, market research and customer/consumer needs. Upskill commercial teams on data driven sales opportunities, new commercial competencies and value creation initiatives.
    - Enhance virtual customer service support, maximizing customer lifetime value and loyalty, embedding cross functional customer centricity to drive regional growth strategies.
    a) Responsible for the digital sales transformation agenda in HVB
    b) Leads digital initiatives related to sales process design and transformation and technology solutions and define
    best fit for all markets
    c) Define Consumer / e-Commerce revenue growth strategy for HVB through Direct to Consumer/e-Commerce
    d) Leads coordination across cross-functional areas within the HVN Brewery organization the digital ecosystem
    across e-retailers and online delivery platforms to maximize Direct to Customer/Consumer commercial Initiatives
    e) Lead and guide the multifunctional teams to achieve the digital acceleration objectives including CMI, D&T,
    Sales, e-commerce, Trade Marketing,
    f) Expand best-in-class B2B e-Commerce in HVB
    g) Accountable for B2B ecommerce business's growth, manage the relationship with B2B stakeholders and leads
    the change management agenda
    h) Responsible for business transformation in HVB and Quickdrinks functionality end-to-end platform
    implementation.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    - Requires a BA/BS degree in related digital solutions field, MBA or equivalent preferred in Business Management, Finance, Marketing or equivalent.
    - 5-8 years in Commercial function/role in Marketing or Sales Organization.
    - 3 years in Information Management, Technology, Digital function/role.
    - 3-5 year of management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
    - Experience with Data Driven Sales initiatives.
    - Experience building Strategy & Driving Execution.
    - Experience "managing up", building Executive Level communications and delivering presentations.
    - Ability to work within a complex and often ambiguous environment, and to influence senior management and other relevant parties.
    - Executive presence; Strong written and oral communication, including large-group presentations.
    - Experience developing and communicating strategic initiatives that align with business goals and budget.
    - Ability to manage, mentor, and influence the work of others across sales organization.
    - Industry knowledge and understanding of a customer's decision-making process, goals, strategies, and business objectives.
    - Fully functional knowledge of B2BC platforms, software concepts and products.
    - Willing to travel, especially working outside HCMC and working across Vietnam & be able to participate in market visits (incl. late-night ON trade visits).
    - Proficient in English and Vietnamese.
    - Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
