[Hcmc] Senior Associate/ Assistant Manager, Investment Management

• Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience in real estate or investment-related roles.• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Actuarial Science, or other relevant/equivalent certifications.• CFA, MRICS, ACCA, CPA, FRM, or equivalent qualification is a plus.• A bonus will be given to those who have completed modules of Vietnamese law, including Enterprise law, Investment law, Land law, etc.• Excellent financial modelling skills required, as well as excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English.• A high degree of initiative, professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, adept problem-solving abilities, and good business sense preferred.
