Growth Marketer

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing with proven digital campaign success
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Fluent English for global collaboration
• Strong data analytics skills with digital marketing tools
• Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

• Korean language skills for regional collaboration
• Experience in biotech or healthcare industry
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
• Experience with global markets

Interview Process

• Shortlisted candidates will be required to prepare a 10-minute presentation for the interview, showcasing a previous growth marketing project with detailed metrics and results as proof of experience.
