Company Overview:
A leading plastic packaging manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and visionary General Director to lead overall operations and business growth. Our company specializes in producing high-quality plastic films, flexible packaging, and industrial packaging products for both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of company operations, including production, finance, sales, R&D, and HR.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
• Ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, environmental regulations, and international quality standards (ISO, BRC, etc.).

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles in the packaging or plastic manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record in leading operations, production management, and business development.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus.
