Mô tả công việc:

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a General Accountant/ Chief Accountant(1000 USD, ID21180)
Accounting – Tax – Reporting:

Prepare and submit VAT, PIT, and CIT tax declarations on a monthly/quarterly basis in compliance with deadlines.
Prepare quarterly provisional CIT calculations and perform annual CIT and PIT finalization.
Declare and handle foreign contractor tax (FCT) if applicable.
Record accounting books, process accounting entries, and maintain accounting records in accordance with regulations.
Prepare financial statements, tax reports, and internal reports as required by the Board of Directors.

Documentation – Supporting Documents – Liaison with Authorities:

Manage, review, and archive accounting records, invoices, supporting documents, contracts, bank statements, and related documents.
Submit reports, documents, and dossiers to tax authorities, social insurance agencies, and other relevant government authorities.
Directly work with tax authorities, social insurance agencies, and banks when required.
Coordinate with external auditors during the financial statement audit process.
Review payment terms, taxes, invoices, and supporting documents stated in contracts.

Administrative – HR Support:

Support administrative and office tasks when required.
Assist in managing personnel files, labor contracts, attendance records, payroll calculations, and related documents.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Male/Female. Under 40 years old.
Graduated from College/University with a major in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
At least 3 years of experience in General Accountant or Chief Accountant positions in Korean startup companies, trading-service companies, or FDI environments.
Have a Chief Accountant Certificate
Proficient in English; candidates with Korean language skills are preferred.
Hands-on experience in preparing tax reports, financial reports, accounting entries, and maintaining accounting books and records.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting software.
