To ensure the smooth operation of the in-house transportation as reflected in the daily transportation schedule.

To perform according to the duly approved transportation requests.

To follow up on transportation requests should requests for the same are not properly done.

To report on time for any transportation requests from respective departments.

To prepare a transportation summary reflecting the mileage usage by respective departments for submission to the Front Office Manager on a weekly and monthly basis.

To prepare a weekly attendance report for the approval of the Front Office Manager.

To ensure the proper use and the maintenance of record of the Driver’s House Fund.

To ensure the cars and the van are always kept clean and in good working condition at all times.

To report directly to the Front Office Manager of any improper condition, damages to or problems with the cars / van.

• Level of Education: B2 Driver's License

• Areas of study Hotel Management:

• Professional experiences 3 to 5 years

• Languages essential English

• 100% salary in probation and 80% service charge in probation (100% lương và 80% phí phục vụ giai đoạn thử việc)
