Mô tả công việc
- Conduct operations on e-Commerce sites, including product listings, user experience, promotions, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
- Monitor and optimize customer care, sales and marketing programs on third-party marketplaces for maximized productivity and profitability.
- Maintain and grow business partnerships to ensure effective operations of the company's seller accounts.
- Track and prepare business performance analysis and data-driven market insights.
- Propose e-Commerce growth strategies and KPIs.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Major or work experience in marketing / sales / economics / digital fields
- English proficiency of at least 6.5 IELTS overall and equivalent
- Good written communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy, accountability, problem-solving mindset, ability to work well under pressure
- Experience in operating accounts on marketplaces like Shopee, Amazon, Alibaba, etc. preferred
- Passion for nutrition, health and beauty niches preferred
