Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Digital Marketing Officer (AEON MALL Binh Duong Canary)
+ Work location: AEON MALL Binh Duong Canary.
+ Working time: On average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
+ Report to: Executive.
+ Main function: Involve in developing digital platforms. Take advantage of digital tools to reach and interact with online customers with the intent of generating traffic and sales based on the policy established by the Marketing team's direction.
1. Correspond and supervise agencies to manage and improve AEONMALL's Ecommerce platform. (20%)
2. Execute digital marketing communication, promotions to promote AEONMALL's Ecommerce platform (awareness, pull traffic, increase conversion rate, push online sales, etc.). (20%)
3. Make analysis of customers, market trend, competitors... and cooperate with related departments to improve platform performance; make periodical reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly). (20%)
4. Manage and generate visuals & content for Ecommerce platform. (20%)
5. Analyze and make plans to improve AEONMALL's platforms (Staff Recommend, Livestream) to improve views and sales. (5%)
6. Take charge of registering with DOIT and reporting accordingly for Ecommerce promotions; follow internal documentation tasks. (5%)
7. Other duties as assigned by supervisors. (10%)
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Ecommerce.
2. Candidates must possess 1 - 3 years of experience in the relevant fields (Marketing/ Ecommerce).
3. Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
4. Good at Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
5. Have good teamwork and customer focus mindset.
6. Willing to work in shift and on public holidays.
