    KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
    As a member of the digital growth team, your role is to leverage consumer data, technology, and media expertise to drive key commercial values for Heineken. Your responsibilities include:
    LEAD THE EXECUTION OF HEINEKEN'S UNIFIED CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT PLATFORM (EKOIN) (40%)
    Platform Development Management:
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Brand, Trade, Sales, Tech) to understand top line needs and translate them into platform features and operational processes.
    Ensure OTIF execution of key supporting workstreams, including platform tech development, operation SOPs, sale briefs, consumer service & other necessary tasks.
    Platform Operations (with support from internal and external partners)
    Collect business requirements and set up campaigns on the platform.
    Update platform content based on business needs (e.g., campaigns, promotions).
    Create and execute engagement and retention content deliveries.
    Resolve consumer complaints and questions efficiently.
    Performance Measurement & Optimization:
    Monitor daily campaign performance based on pre-set KPIs and lead the necessary improvements as needed.
    Oversee the standardized consumer data collection processes across campaigns and internal ecosystem integrations (with support from Heineken Development Hub and Tech team)
    Be the expert on consumer profiles, insights and segmentation posibilities of platform consumers to activate.
    Lead the centralize and enrichment of platform consumer data into the global consumer data storage for other activations.
    LEAD THE DATA-DRIVEN MARKETING SEGMENTATION & MEASUREMENT PROCESS (30%)
    Consumer Data Collection, Storage, Tagging & Analysis:
    Retrieve, centralize, and enrich the consumer database with new, existing, and historical data, with support from Data Experts and the Tech team.
    Define and guide Brand, Trade, and external agencies to ensure standardized collection, tagging, and storage.
    Collaborate with Legal to ensure adherence to data privacy regulations.
    Consumer Segmentation Operation:
    Identify and set up consumer segmentation based on business requirements for activation across multiple touchpoints (e.g., media channels, trade channels).
    Assist the Brand Lead and Trade Lead in implementing consumer data activations across various platforms and channels.
    Lead the post-campaign process and propose effective tactics with Brand, Trade, and/or Sales.
    DRIVE FUNDAMENTAL PERFORMANCE (30%):
    Competitors sentiments & Agility:
    Monitor competition across ATL (paid, owned, earned) touchpoints on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
    Provide agile counteraction to improve our communication efforts
    Budget governance:
    Lead the monthly media and social spending reports with clear justifications.
    Liaise with Brand Marketing, Business Controllers, and Agencies to ensure clear tracking of the budget month by month.
    Orchestrate communication marketing measurement process:
    Lead the weekly optimal creative compliance report
    Collaborate closely with other members of the Consumer Experience team, as well as external agencies or vendors, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
    Stay updated on emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, and new technologies, and share insights with the rest of team.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    Min 3 years of experience in a similar role within FMCG, Digital Agency, or Consumer App Industry.
    Proven experience in digital and CRM marketing, including segmentation, targeting, channel understanding, and lifecycle management.
    Knowledge of app development processes and principles from ideation to delivery.
    Hands-on experience in data analysis and campaign performance evaluation.
    Strong project management experience, capable of leading initiatives across multiple functions.
    A willingness to learn multiple facets and operations of the business.
    The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
    Fluency in English, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
