Customer Service & Pricing (Freight Forwarding)

Mainly doing Pricing & Customer Service, including:

1. Pricing: Check the O/F, A/F & related logistics costs with shipping lines, airlines/ coloader, venders, etc.

2. Make quotation to customers, oversea agents under various terms: EXW, DAP, DDP, etc.

3. Requires experience in handling Breakbulk & Project cargo, special container: FR, OT (OOG)

4. Handle end to end operation of sea & air import, export shipments

5. Coordinate with internal teams (docs, ops, etc.) to work with customer and resolve arising issues if any.

6. Maintain good relationship with current customers, support manager on meeting with customers.

7. Other tasks assigned by Manager.

- Gender: Female

- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, shipping, international trade or related field.

- At least 03years experience at the same position in Logistics/forwarding company.

- Good at English in 4 skills, especially writing & communication. (Interview in English)

- Korean speaking is a plus

- Good negotiation and communication skill.

- Strong organizational, excellent time management skill.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Good personality & high sense of responsibility.
