Customer Service Executive (Air/Sea Freight)

1. Booking Arrangement

• Receive booking request from shipper or salesperson/ overseas station/ agents.
• Check the SOP, Incoterms, cost/ sell of the account, then contact to the relatives (salesperson/oversea station/agent) to get approval to move.
• Arrange booking with carrier and inform to customer/overseas the plan of cargo (booking confirmation/ flight details/ stuffing deliver cargo....)
• Send the booking confirmation to shipper for their arrangement.
• Follow up outside OP/customer's loading plan to ensure all procedures are finished before cut-off time.

2. BL Preparation & Pre-Alert Submission

• Receive shipping Instruction from customer and prepare the necessary documents to complete export procedure.
• Issue draft bill for shipper/ oversea to check and confirm back.
• Update all information into Value Plus such as: HAWB / MAWB / Manifest / Flight details .... and pass full docs to outside OP for their handling at terminal.
• Filing AMS, FWB, FHL, EDI ... for shipment if needed.
• Send manifest and Pre-alert to destination stations/ agents same flight depart date.
• Follow up with carrier for uplift cargo as booked, and tracing the actual flight details to update to customers/ overseas.

3. Sales/cost input & lot close

• Input info into Value Plus system (sales, cost, Issue DN, CN...) and issue/ send Debit note to shipper/ oversea.
• Prepare docs for payment/cost or collection/sales to transfer to account dept.
• Review, approve and complete all costs/sales, other into Value + to close lot.
• Follow up the shipments closely and keep customer/oversea station/agent updated if any change.

Other assignments by Supervisor or Manager

• Education: Candidate must possess at least a College/ Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Foreign trading, International transportation, Logistics solution or equivalent .
• Experience:Minimum 2 years in Forwarder/ Logistics or International Transportation Company is required.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer skills
• Personal qualities: Self-motivated, respectful, honest and trustworthy
• Language: Good at English. Chinese is advantage.
