Mô tả công việc:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests from parents or guardians of students.
  • Accompany with students throughout the study pathway and ensure students to achieve their study goals.
  • Offer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions (serving both online and onsite customers), addressing inquiries and requests from parents or guardians of students.
  • Provide 1:1 customer service via OTT platforms, ensuring timely and helpful assistance.
  • Occasionally: Support in Residence Permit processing and provide guidance on the application process.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate communication efforts internally and externally to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Other tasks assigned by the direct Manager

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in international Customer Support/ Service (especially from education sector will be a plus)
  • Experience with visa procedures which required excellent English reading skill.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (in English and Vietnamese); additional foreign languages such as Chinese, Thai, Burmese, etc. can be affected in the higher salary rate negotiation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently, pro-actively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
