Culture & Engagement Employee Executive

1. Develop the employee engagement programs of the company
2. Build activities to improve the competition between department
3. Manage the internal communication of TC including internal app & communication channel
4. Manage & implement cultural events activities such as festivals, sports, contests,…
5. Prepare and manage budget effectively
6. Ensure the operation of internal communication tools such as information exchange software, teamwork, bulletin boards, etc.
7. Ensure information transmission throughout departments, to help each employee understand all BOD’s inform
8. Build up awareness programs about company’s vision, mission, core value
9. Build up, implement internal communication channel
10. Manage, implement & monitor the OJM of company
11. Other tasks assigned by manager

1. Having experience for at least 3 years in internal communications, internal events, corporate communications, employer branding or related field;
2. Have exposure in human resources mindset and flow process;
3. Good English
4. Strong organizational skills
5. Have exposure in creative assets and stuff
6. Able to analyze, data-driven, and tech-savvy
