Key responsibilities:
Customer Service Management: Receive/respond customers' inquiries via phone and emails, providing guidance on documentation requirements; Oversee the end-to-end process for all matters related to utilization of customer's credit facility ensuring the accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and local regulations;
Transactions execution:
- Manage credit related transactions (loan, L/C, LG...) for limit control, check supporting documents for loan disbursement, handle loan disbursement process, conduct periodical interest rate change;
- Monitor the maturity of loan, derivatives transactions to ensure the payment of interest, loan repayment on due;
- Notify loan pricing and matured transaction to customers;
Client and Business Administrative Support: Act as the primary contact of client requests, handle banking's correspondence and transaction status tracking; perform daily administrative tasks and assist RMs in delivering seamless client service;
Internal Coordination: Liaise between clients, RMs and internal departments to resolve client issues promptly and maintain high service standards;
Other: other tasks as assigned by TH/DH
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluency in both spoken & written English and Vietnamese
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in banking or finance, preferably within the same role or related functions
- Good understanding of local laws related to lending activities for corporate clients
- Strong communication and leadership skills, customer-oriented approach, problem-solving ability
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and execution skills
- High adaptability for change and capability of multiple task handling
- Ability to work under pressure with a high level of resilience, patience, result-oriented focus and sense of responsibility
