    • Sell the InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort & Regent Phu Quoc products and services using
    up-selling and suggestive selling techniques
    • Promote the Hotel's (and IHG generally) products and services
    • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge about all IHG Hotels in your region
    • Maintain professional grooming, follow hotel policy and brand standards
    • Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls
    • Prepare and execute action plans which increase reservation sales and associated business
    • Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email
    • Accept and follow up waitlist reservations
    • Process new reservations, amendments such as extensions, early departures, etc., or cancellations as per
    guest requests via multi-channels
    • Promptly handle guest requests and coordinate with related departments to get things done
    • Follow up pre-payment for advance purchase and Wholesales FIT bookings
    • Check reservation creations and update booking details as per hotel standards
    • Ensure individual/company/travel agent/source/group profiles are well updated
    • Maintain knowledge of special rates/offers/promotions
    • Prepare reports as requested (eg. Miscellaneous reports)
    • Be responsible for keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire
    Life safety
    • Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests
    • Look smart - wear your uniform with pride
    • Other ad-hoc duties - unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done
    • Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time

    Yêu cầu công việc

    Qualifications
    Diploma in Business, or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, or related field
    Experience
    1 year related experience or 6 months experience in Reservations/ Front Office, or an equivalent
    combination of education and experience
    Required Skills
    Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Tasks
    Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
    Problem solving and organizational abilities
    Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the
    hotel, the brand, and the Company
    Language
    Good English communications and writing skills to facilitate the communication process
