- Responsible for L&D and corporate culture.
- Participate in developing and implementing training programs, designing diverse learning formats to promote a culture of learning and the organization's human resources development goals.
- Promote learning and development processes, corporate cultural activities.
- Implement communication activities, organize events.
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Plan and implement approved training programs. Monitor, measure results to propose improvements.
- Design and organize diverse training activities.
- Participate in building career maps for employees.
- Implement internal training activities.
- Plan and control training budgets, training service contracts.
- Plan and organize courses on soft skills, expertise.
- Coordinate with departments to monitor, support, and control the effectiveness of training, employee development.
Building Corporate Culture:
- Participate in planning and implementing activities to build the company's core values.
- Organize cultural events, bonding activities.
- Participate in budget development, attract and purchase services from external suppliers, and prepare cross-checked invoices for timely payment.
