Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Chief Accountant (Manufacturing, $1300, ID20138)

Oversee all financial and accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support business decision-making.
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Identify, assess, and manage financial risks while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulations.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on financial and business matters.
Manage and ensure transparent, compliant accounting operations in accordance with local regulations and accounting standards.
Supervise tax accounting, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, and general ledger activities.
Coordinate audits and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and authorities.

Male/Female, age: 35-45
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance/accounting leadership within manufacturing companies.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Good communication skills in Chinese or English.
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
