Chief Accountant (Factory Based)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Accountant in Phu My 3, Ba Ria-Vung Tau. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and standardizing financial and accounting procedures, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, and providing strategic financial guidance to the management team.

• Set up and standardize financial and accounting procedures.
• Proceed payment documents as per internal procedures.
• Review and follow up on monthly outstanding payments.
• Make tax reports: VAT, PIT, CIT, WHT, ETC.
• Directly manage, supervise, and check accounting records.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly account closing and prepare financial statements.
• Review and analyze accounting records and reconcile accounts and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare cashflow, budget, and forecast for projects.
• Control revenue, operating costs, and project costs according to cashflow and budget.
• Prepare management reports and other reports as required by the Board of Directors and Groups.
• Work with the Tax Department and other related departments.
• Supply data, documents, and reports to the Audit Company.
• Handle other relevant tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
