Business & Innovation Lead

1. Education background requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Innovation, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

2. Experience/Industry requirements:

• Proven Experience: Minimum [3-5] years of experience in a role involving AI, machine learning, data science, digital transformation, or a related field. Experience in e-commerce or a related industry is a strong plus.

• Strong Business Acumen: Exceptional ability to quickly understand complex business processes, identify problems, and develop solutions. You need to think like a business leader, not just a technologist.

• Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

• Communication & Influence: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented approach. You must be able to think critically, identify root causes, and develop creative solutions. Self-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment with a "Get shit done" attitude.
