ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare the Business plan of the College (annual enrollment plan).
• Identify opportunities for business and revenue growth.
• Establish and maintain relationships with agents/partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust partnership strategies.
• Identify agents/partners demands and develop strategies to meet them.
• Approach potential customers to cultivate fruitful relationships. Support high-quality
sales, supply and customer service operations.
• Coordinate with Marketing to develop Marketing strategy to ensure the KPI results.
• Perform tasks as assigned by Board of Directors and Board of Trustees.
SKILLS
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage teams to achieve a high level ofperformance and exceed targets.
• Experienced in strategy setting, managing budgets, evaluating revenue proposals,and driving performance targets.
• Excellent internal and external communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent cooperation abilities in different College departments, and a strongbusiness acumen with uncompromising service standard.
PROFILE
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sale and MarketingMajor.
• Working experiences in educational sector, especially Admission. Sales inhospitality experiences will be preferred.
• Foreign language: English fluently
