    1. To help in growing businesses by identify and researching sales leads, pitch products or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with all customers.
    2. Soliciting new business opportunities, arranging appointments and setting up meetings.
    3. Planning and preparing presentations.
    4. Support comprehensive and sustainable solar PV solutions Project Management in the successful delivery of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV projects.
    5. Responsible for support and work with Project Teams to assist in project schedules, budgets, procurement, on- time delivery of projects, commissioning, and reporting. Liaise with customer to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
    6. Analysing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
    7. Providing insight into product/system development and competitive positioning.
    8. Meet or exceed sales call activity goals for new sales
    9. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
    10. Job Accountabilities
    11. Meeting with potential customers to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
    12. Effectively manage prospects by developing and executing on a sales plan and maintain key information in the internal database on a weekly basis.
    13. To grow existing client base with new leads.
    14. Using in depth industry and company knowledge, prepare complex proposals, get them approved internally and then deliver them using effective presentations.
    Job Accountabilities (Primary job responsibilities but not limited to)
    1 Sales Target by respective market segment
    Annual KPI: 5MWp
    2 Proposal Turnaround time and Meeting client requirements

    3 Manage and Grow new partners and new opportunities Generations.
    Minimum 3 new partners per year
    4 Event Participation and Program awareness (be a speaker for one event representing company)
    Minimum 3 new partners per year
    5 Data Recording: Sales Reporting & Opportunities Folder creations.
    Major Challenges on This Position
    - To be able manage the client's expectation on timeline of delivery and changes due to management's decision on overall strategies
    - To possess a wide network of EPCs and other stakeholders in C&I solar industry

    Qualification/Experiences/Skills/Competencies and other Requirements
    Academic Qualification (minimum and preferred requirement; include preferred discipline, if any)
    • Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent with engineering/technical.
    Knowledge/Skills /Experience
    • Propose customer solutions that are compliant with appropriate local, state and federal regulations.
    • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
    • Familiar with financial evaluations of solar projects
    • Fluent in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and MS Project
    • Experience in the Renewable Energy industry and with background on commercial acumen.
    Technical Skills and Technical Competencies
    • Process knowledge of and communicate the Solar PV solution and roof-top solar technologies, and its' competitive advantages.
    • Experienced in reading engineering drawings, good mechanical and electrical aptitude
    Soft skills Required
    • Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Attention to details even under pressure
    • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
    Working Conditions and Environment
    • Travelling within and outside the country (SEA), are inherent for the above position
