1. Plan, develop, and drive strategic multi-channel expansion plans to reach out to new market segments and expand market shares.
2. Prepare and manage channet visit plans for the team and ensure proper tracking and follow up.
3. Build relationships with partners, confidence, loyalty, awareness, and mutual benefits.
4. Work closely with the marketing team to optimize/ strengthen the overall GTM (Go-To-Market) capabilities and exploring B2B/ B2C opportunities.
Develop/ Brainstorm creative GTM plans and initiatives with internal department and external partners.
5. Understand our consumer and products well and align with partners" strategy across all channels and ensure partners to range-in the Products
6. Provide market insights and monitor competition.
7. Product launch planning coordination with Marketing, Sales, and After Sales Team to ensure success in all.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. At least 5 years of experiences in Business/ Channel Development with proven track records of success. Priority is given to candidates with experience working with large stores and supermarkets.
2. Can-do attitude with the ability to navigate in a growing start-up environment. Able to negotiate and discuss prices and branding.
3. Business /channel development experience with an electronic retail brand is essential. Experience in the B2B sector & with customers resource will be preferred.
4. Good communication skills with excetlent interpersonal skiLLs.
5. Team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment
6. Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
● Location: Nguyen Van Troi St., District Phu Nhuan, HCMC
● Working time: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
