Việc làm Hà NộiPosition Overview:
The Sales Executive for Cybersecurity Services is responsible for driving sales revenue by promoting and selling cybersecurity services to clients. This role involves understanding client needs, articulating the value proposition of cybersecurity services, and developing tailored solutions to address security challenges. The Sales Executive will work closely with internal teams to generate leads, conduct client presentations, and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Scope of work:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for cybersecurity services.
- Identify target markets, industries, and client segments for cybersecurity services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at client organizations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and workshops to understand client requirements and propose cybersecurity solutions.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Solution Selling:
- Understand the full range of cybersecurity services offered by the organization and articulate their value proposition to clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions tailored to the specific needs and challenges of each client.
- Position cybersecurity services effectively to address client security requirements, compliance mandates, and industry best practices.
4. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of sales opportunities, tracking progress and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, collateral, and messaging to generate leads and drive sales.
5. Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation:
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of cybersecurity services.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements to win new business while maximizing profitability.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and technical teams to finalize contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
6. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Track sales activities, pipeline metrics, and key performance indicators to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review and decision-making.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to inform product development and sales strategies.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in cybersecurity are advantageous.
- Over 10 years’ experience in a direct selling role in security or networking products and services
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the cybersecurity industry or related technology services.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, understand their needs, and propose effective solutions.
- Experience with CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support sales initiatives.
