Role Overview:

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals for the Business Development Intern role. As part of our team, you'll be trained in identifying high-value prospects, managing early business funnel activities, and actively contributing to demand generation and product development processes. You will have to work closely with your manager to deliver results.

Responsibilities:

a. New Business Development:

• Utilize diverse channels like cold calling, networking, and industry events to connect with prospective clients.
• Working with Account Manager and Account Executives to get requirements from clients.

b. Relationship Building:

• Build strong, lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide support to clients.

c. Sales Performance and Reporting:

• Regularly work with inter-departmental teams to provide reports project progress to clients and stakeholders.
• Present product information to customers based on identified needs.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in using Office suite.
• No prior experience required, but a positive attitude is crucial.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with ambitious targets.
• Good organizational and time management skills with a proactive approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking abilities.
• Interest in blockchain technology and digital assets (otherwise, you will fail).
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
