Identify and pursue new opportunities in the ODC market and develop approaches to expand the client base.
Development Strategy: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
Market Research: Conduct research and analyze the market to identify trends, needs, and new opportunities in the industry.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, business partners, and other stakeholders.
Solution Presentation: Introduce and present software solutions in the ODC industry to clients and partners.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal departments such as account management to ensure the delivery of optimal solutions and meet customer needs.
Lead contract negotiation processes and ensure that agreements meet clients' requirements and company standards.
Report to superiors on business situations (results, progress), issues, new concerns, new customer insights..
Requirements
At least 3+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably working with ODC projects or in the IT industry.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Deep knowledge of business development processes and methodologies.
Ability to analyze and plan strategies to achieve business goals.
Proficient and professional in presentations, proposals and document writing.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and business objectives.
Good research data skills and flexible thinking.
Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Have basic IT service knowledge.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
