    1. Job Description

    • Identify and research potential suppliers, manufacturers, markets, and business opportunities.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.

    • Fluently communicate business and technical information with current suppliers in English.

    • Translate documents, texts, and reports from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.

    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches in English.

    • Negotiate contracts and close business deals.

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, purchasing, and customer service, to align business strategies.

    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, supplier interactions, and business progress.

    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.

    • Perform assigned tasks and duties as required.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.

    • Male/ Female: 25-35 years old

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

    • Business analysis skills.

    • Experience and understanding of the food and chemical business is an advantage.

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

    • Results-oriented with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
