- Familiar with shipping industry knowledge, has a basically accurate grasp of industry development trends, and has a forward-looking vision for the market.

- Have professional knowledge in shipping operation and management, know the knowledge of ships, shipping, port loading and unloading, etc., and grasp the dynamic information of domestic and foreign industries.
- Be able to master management skills, reasonably allocate, control, inspect and evaluate various tasks for management, guide and inspect the work of subordinates in a timely manner, treat subordinates fairly and objectively, and maintain the coordination and enthusiasm of the team under leadership.
- Able to correctly organize subordinates to carry out the work of the department, coordinate the relationship within the department and between departments, and properly handle interpersonal relationships.
