Mô tả công việc

1. Develop marketing promotion strategies through market analysis and peer analysis, and complete various data analysis and optimization.
2. Responsible for Colorkey's content marketing, producing content briefs through a series of methods such as market analysis, peer analysis, and collating opinions from institutional experts, to generate content ideas and improve content marketing effects.
3. Responsible for direction and ideas of material delivery, understanding product characteristics and characteristics of materials suitable for the market, and being able to continuously adjust the direction of material optimization based on delivery data.
4. Implement marketing on the TikTok platform, including short video marketing, live streaming, etc. Take responsibility for marketing results.
5. Responsible for coordinating and managing the BD of experts and organizations, managing and optimizing the work of experts and organizations, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of material output, and achieving more efficient marketing and promotion for the entire team.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor degree or above, master degree or above is preferred, and those with a major in marketing are preferred.
2. Fluently in English or Chinese.
3. Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, etc.,
4. Have strong communication and coordination skills, data analysis skills and material judgment skills.
5. Good at using and evaluating cosmetics and skin care products is preferred.
6. Have more than 2 year of team management experience is a plus.
7. Have local resources of shooting/production agency
