Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our B2B Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services and cloud solutions, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth.
Time working:Mon to Fri: 08.30 am to 12:00 pm & 01:00 pm to 05:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
·Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
·Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
·Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT Infrastructure services and cloud solutions market.
·Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
·Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and services.
·Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
·Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
·Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
·2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services and cloud solutions.
·Strong new business focus with a proven track record of account management
·Experience in selling to SMB, Large Accounts and Industrial Zones.
·Strong understanding of IT services, cloud solutions, and related technologies.
·Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
·Strong communication of both English & Vietnamese
·Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
·Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
