    As an Assistant Trade Marketing Manager at Minthacare, you are responsible for driving effective marketing always-on BTL activities and promotion for Bioderma in all sales channels, under the direction of the Brand Manager.
    1. Develop & perform full year organising Trade Marketing plan in line with business objectives/ brand objectives
    Execution of National activations and events for all company portfolios based on Brand Campaign.
    Involves ongoing sales data analysis (trends, competitors, category, etc.), monitoring the competitor activities and proposing innovative ideas.
    In charge for yearly visibility & POSM Plan from design to production
    2. Manage the activity performance in collaborating with key commercial retailers and internal/ external partners
    3. Promotion champion
    Build full year promotion strategy for brand & channels
    Develop full year promotion plan at shopper point of sale
    Ensure non-conflict of promotion across channels (social-commerce, e-commerce, retail & medical)
    4. Evaluation & Report for all projects by month/ quarter
    5. Budget management
    Budget phasing monthly following campaign.
    Responsible for the project budget (track all spend, monthly reporting).
    6. Complexity management:
    Able to manage multiple perspectives/ ideas from cross functions while running projects.
    Able to work with cross functions to lead projects that happen following timeline & scopes.

    Yêu Cầu Công Việc
    At least 2 years working experience in FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetic.
    Good communication skills.
    Good analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    Good command of English
    Time management: Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks, to meet and anticipate deadlines, to guarantee every material and activity will be delivered on time.
    Master of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
    Adaptability, versatility, eager to thrive and learn, business oriented.
