    As an Assistant Product Marketing Manager (APM) at Minthacare, you are responsible for driving effective marketing always-on activities and campaigns, under the direction of the Product Marketing Manager.

    APM is the driving force behind the success of our products. To be qualified for the role, you need to be multi-skilled and deeply understand the derma cosmetic market and consumers.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are successfully launched and marketed to the target audience. You are also directly accountable for the delivery of all contents, materials, and the execution of all activities, online and offline required to achieve the marketing objectives.

    Scope of Responsibilities

    • Managing brand/category plan : including launching new products and managing portfolios of existing products according to the marketing strategy. Creating product positioning and messaging that differentiates your brand's portfolio from competitors.

    • Infusing local insight: into the international product concepts & creativities to bring international beauty standards close to Vietnamese culture.

    • Driving growth: on the assigned product groups through the development and implementation of IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication Plan) and retail excellence.

    • 360 marketing campaigns: initiative and managing brand activities to drive brand newness, excitement and professionalism focused on both newly recruited customers and loyal customers to drive business growth. Brand activities include the advertising campaigns, on all channels and platforms for online and offline (retail and e-commerce, medical and partners, PR and KOLs, etc).

    • Tools production: Ensure print-ad/ printed materials/ press-release communication message is relevant with local insights and keep brand uniqueness.

    • External Collaboration: work with media agencies and any external partners to build the most effective campaign following brand marketing plan. Ensure they deliver on time and provide a coherent and optimized execution plan that meets with the objectives.

    • Analyzing market: competitors and consumer data and making recommendations to management to reflect into business strategy and plan.

    • Performance : analyzing sales data and consumer feedback to continually optimize the brand's product offerings and marketing strategies. Monitor the effectiveness and results of marketing campaigns and always-on activities. Write reports of the marketing performance on a regular basis and on senior management requests, coming with actionable recommendations.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Experience : more than 2 years marketing experience in Beauty categories & digital savvy are major plus.

    • Conceptualize skills and detailed perfectionist mindset

    • Logical thinking & analytical skills

    • Good sense of beauty and high interest in beauty and fashion

    • Entrepreneurship mindset with financial/numerical acumen

    • Time management: Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks, to meet and anticipate deadlines, to guarantee every materials and activity will be delivered on time.

    • Problem-solving: Having the ability to identify and solve problems effectively and efficiently.

    • Communication: Good command of English
